How do you order a product?

You can order the products through the webshop.
Go to the product you wish to order.
Specify the correct size, enter the hair color(s), and add it to your shopping cart.
Go to your shopping cart and click on "Proceed to checkout." Then, follow the steps and fill in your details.
In the final step, indicate any special requests in the comments section.
Click "Complete order" and pay via your preferred payment method.
You will receive an order confirmation email, which includes instructions on how to cut and send the hair.
It is important to read this email carefully to ensure you send everything correctly.

Sustainability products

All products are fully resistant to all types of water, soap, mud, skin acids, and more. This ensures you can enjoy your beautiful product for at least several years, and it never needs to be removed.
However, please note that the standard clasp and charms on the bracelet may discolor with frequent use.
After several years of heavy use, the glue on a bracelet may weaken. If this happens, the bracelet can always be re-glued.
It is also possible that a hair strand might come loose; you can gently pull it out yourself, and it will no longer be an issue.
The medallions are water-resistant but not waterproof.

All products come with a 1-year warranty. However, this only covers the (re)making of the jewelry. Refunds are not provided.
The damaged jewelry must also be sent back.

Amount of hair for 1 photo frame

- Brush the tail hairs thoroughly. Washing is optional.

- Take a small strand of hair near the tail root, about the thickness of a pencil.

- Check if the strand still maintains a similar thickness after about 30 cm.

- Cut the strand and tie a small elastic at the top of it.

- If you wish, you can wash the strand with soap in a sink and let it dry thoroughly. (The elastic at the top should remain tight during washing.)

- Loosely roll the hair around your hand and place it in an envelope.
Please do not send wet or braided hair! Only place the elastic at the top and nowhere else.

If you are unable to cut the hair according to the instructions above, please first check if the hair is suitable for your order!
It is possible to make a photo frame with hair that is at least 30 cm long, but you will need a thicker strand.

It is possible to make a jewelry piece with hair that is at least 15 cm long. However, you will need a thicker strand.

Send her by post

Instructions on how to send the hair and where to send it will be emailed to you after you place an order. You will find this information in the order confirmation after payment (via iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card).

Normally, you only need to send the specified amount of hair. If you send too much and would like the extra hair returned, this is not done automatically. Please indicate if you would like the remaining hair to be sent back!

If you send a full/half tail and want the remaining hair back, there may be additional shipping costs due to the weight.

I always recommend sending only the required amount of hair and not, for example, everything you have left. If it gets lost in the mail, you will lose everything.

It is also possible to bring the hair in person. The easiest way is if you drop the envelope through the mailbox yourself.
The hair can be dropped off or picked up in Nijkerk.

Hair from different horses in 1 piece of jewelry or photo frame

It is possible to use hair from multiple horses in one bracelet/jewelry piece. There are no additional costs for this!
Make sure that all the hair together contains slightly more than the normal amount needed for making a bracelet. Please mention this in the order, as indicated.

The delivery time

Currently, all orders are made and shipped at the end of the month. This means that your order/envelope with hair must be received by the 20th or 25th of the month to be included in that month's batch. If you order at the end of the month, you will need to wait about 4 weeks until the new batch starts. If you order in the middle of the month, you will receive your order after approximately one week.

Do you need your order by a specific date? Please ask first if this is possible!
If you send too little hair, your order will automatically take about 4 weeks longer (it will be carried over to the next month).

These delivery times may occasionally vary due to personal reasons, such as illness or other unexpected appointments.

Silver and gold color jewelry

My collection is continuously expanding, now also including gold-colored stainless steel (RVS). The gold color is a coating applied over the silver color.
This means that scratches and impacts may reveal the silver color underneath. However, the gold color is resistant to normal wear, skin acids, and water.
A necklace, for example, experiences minimal scratching or impact damage, so it will stay looking good longer than items like rings or bracelets that come into frequent contact with surfaces.

Everything on the website is available in silver color.
Available in gold color: Stainless steel clasp, steel bracelet, ring, and straight necklace.

Cancel order

An order can be canceled up to 14 days after payment, provided that work has not yet started on the order.
If the hair has already been received, an administrative fee of €5 will be charged.
If you wish to have the hair returned, shipping costs will also apply, depending on the weight of the envelope.

These amounts will be deducted from the order total, which will then be refunded.

If work has already started on the order, no refund is possible.

Once the 14-day period has passed, no refund can be issued. However, hair can always still be sent for an order.
